Our creeper’s roots have been SEVERED. This .. morning glory ? .. has been protecting the inner wall of 96 Noble Street for decades. It has grown wisely, shielding two regularly sized windows from sunlight and having left two bathroom windows unhampered. Generations of birds have grown up and out of this thicket. It will be mere weeks before the organism wilts and falls, most likely taking chunks of the wall with it. Image 1 shows severed vines at the corner of the building. Image 2, 3 and 4 (latter with pleasantly Greek sunchair in the background) show severed vines atop and behind our wooden fence.
